I had a great experience. I got a flat on the way into work and changed to my spare. I had two holes and a normal patch wouldn’t work. They suggested it may be possible to put a bigger patch in but it probably wouldn’t hold. They gave me the option to put a new tire on and said they wouldn’t want me to be back in a few weeks for a new tire or on the side of the road again. They took care of the tire and was very friendly. I never got the feeling they just wanted to sell a tire.
