Tam Bay Tire has taken care of our cars for decades. Jimmy has always provided reliable service oil changes, filters, tire repairs, and everything else. Theyve been a trusted part of the community forever. This time, though, I want to highlight an employee who is new to me named Hunter. He really stood out. He handled our appointment with a level of skill and professionalism that deserves recognition. Not only was he technically sharp from diagnosing to explaining what needed to be done in clear, practical terms, and completing the work efficiently but his customer service skills are exceptional. He was courteous, patient with my questions, and went out of his way to make sure I understood the work performed and what to expect going forward. Its rare to find someone whos equally strong in both automotive expertise and communication, but Hunter exceeded expectations on all fronts.
